1. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
LML Digitals operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed. You will have access to the Service for the full billing period for which you have paid.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the subscription period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
3. NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL PERIODS
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or downgrades to lower-tier plans during an active billing period.
4. SERVICE ISSUES
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team at support@lmldigitals.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for significant, unresolved service disruptions.
5. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
6. CHANGES TO PRICING
If we change our pricing, existing customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect if you do not agree to the new pricing.
